3. You undertake not to lie about your identity and hence not to usurp another's title either.

5. You undertake not to transmit any sexual oriented message and/or racist, menacing, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, neither that words against the law or rights of another party.
6. You accept not to transmit any spam, or other unwanted e-mails including ads etc.
7. You undertake not to use our services to harass somehow other members by trying to communicate with another user who clearly told you to stop.
8. You undertake not to use African-Single.com for commercial purposes.
9. You undertake not to try to demand money from other members of African-Single.com.
10. You agree not to including any information (including first and last names, phone number, e-mail address, ICQ number or any URL) allowing anyone to identify you.
11. If you are a Standard Member, you agree not to exchange any personal information (e-mail address, phone number, ICQ number etc.) through the messaging system which is offered to Standard Members.
Any violation of these terms leads your account to be closed. We allow us to modify profiles, sent messages if we believe it is necessary.
